All classes are canceled for today. This is a workout that can easily be done at home. Please post your results to comments.

      just had to chime in.. Rob “chalk bucket” Brydges… just covers the front of his shorts with it so he doesn’t have to walk back and forth to the bucket, or it exploded as he walked by it? I hope Kevin charges you extra! lol..

    This was tough today, my sinuses are killing me. Going to redo when I’m feeling better.

    12 rounds+ 5 push-ups ( No PR, but I am happy that I completed this baby at home!)

    Lots of fun. I came in second place during our class…ok there was just two of us here. I am loving this snow day.

    wasted a lot of seconds on effeciencies… should of got almost another round in there.

    Definately some sort of PR. It was June while away on business last time I did this and I did push ups on my knees. Dont recall the score as I lost my book but I think I wrote it on the board at the box 🙂
