    I am scheduled for 10am (putting this on here because I’m not sure who is coaching) but Lydia has a fever and I might have to cancel. The class is not full, so i might make my call around 9. hope that is okay.

    Score is your total reps + calories on the rower.
    48 + 39 = 87

    Darn MC. was trying keep up with her but I came up 3 burpees short and 1 calories short on the row.
