    As many reps as possible in 3 mins each:
    Lunges (I switched to squats b/c of knee soreness) – 116
    Weighted burpees 25# – 39
    Box jumps 18″ – 76
    Shoulder press 45# – 85
    Mountain climbers – 88
    Bonus move- Buddy pull ups – 14
    Total = 418

    It was a tough one! Thanks Corinna for being a wicked partner and carrying the team in box jumps 🙂
