    Toes-to-Bar technique was lacking. Did 1’s in the last set but had much better pace overall than 2nd set.

    Really frustrated with my lack of progression on this lift when everything else is going so well. Need lots of help/practice on this lift. It’s really not clicking

        ^ I second that. Once form is good, start putting weight on a bit at a time. If form starts to falter, go back to the last weight that was good.

    Always things to work on – form, for sure! At the 45# mark, there was a mental ‘disconnect’ right before putting the weight up overhead, which led to a few false starts. Coordination of movement is always a challenge, for me. 🙂

    Bit disappointed with my time. Did it last time with v-snaps and was 9:06. I never imagined the toes thru rings would add so much time! But still was the right thing to do. Toes to bar still a work in progress, but who knows, maybe next time 🙂 It really was a “grip killa” – on the first round of Toes thru rings one hand was already killing!!

    Last time: 9:59 No PR, but tonight I tried to have a flat back on the way up and down. I think last night’s 11 rounds of 7 toes to bar might explain why the toes to bar felt like shit on round 3. lol!
