    By the way everyone, I was chatting with Gillyon’s principal a while back and he told me that he considers Gillyon to be in the top 10 best teachers of all the teachers with whom he has worked. You are the best Gillyon!

    That was a very challenging wod!! The 4 jerks got heavy very quickly, I had to really slow them down to try to maintain form.

    Note for next time, use the 53# kb

    10 rounds…1 Jerk (that was me lol). I thought Kevin was going to hit me with a stick when he saw my form on the jerk lift. I will practice up before the next jerk wod.
    This Wod provided me with many laughs (mind you, I was the only one laughing).

    Technique felt much better then last week, especially at the starting weights, the turnaround being at 115 for me, where strength + technique was getting crucial. Thanks for sharing the bar Lance, and thanks coaches for good pointers.
