    This was accomplished by first learning to do 5 in a row, then I started to AMRAP sets of 5 for 5 minutes. Now I practice doing sets of 10 for an AMRAP of 5 minutes and every Sunday I try for a new PR. My goal is a 100 unbroken by Christmas.

    Started at 90# and finished at 120#. Sort of confused how I got there… I thought I was going up by 5# each set but don’t think I did 7 sets… But i’ll take the 20# PR! 🙂

    Finished my last situp @ 15:00 min

    I came up with this modification on my own but forgot to factor in the shoulders on the wall ball situps so the push press at 45# were harder than I expected. I was breaking them down into sets of 5 at the end. Just really happy to finish the WOD on time!

      Very impressed with your performance on this WOD, Maddy! No easy feat, for sure. Must have been a real arm/shoulder burner with those med ball situps and push presses.

    Messed up, was supposed to do all 3’s with a 1RM attempt. Realised at last set I had been doing 5’s and had beaten my 5RM already… so I went on with 3RM, then 1RM.

    Ouch… leg killer indeed. I’m sure walking around tomorrow is gonna feel super nice.
