    1978 Warm up. Hey at least it wasn’t Dancing Queen.

    Complete all 1500 reps with a partner. Only one partner can be working at a time. You may do the workout in any order, but you must complete the whole exercise before moving onto the next.

    Partnered with Mario and we did the WOD in this order.

    This was a great workout and my first Saturday workout since the start of the summer. Thanks for stepping up on a few of the movements Mario, you definitely carried the team on the squats and pullups.

    Sending out a HUGE thank you to Joanna, Heather W. and my super awesome partner Monica for their help, concern, and carrying on for me through the burpees and everything.

    Note to self: eating and hydrating are important, especially after a difficult week.

    Opted to stay home and do the work out here. Corinna is in a bad way. Possible back strain. Lets hope it is minor, but at the moment she can barely walk and sit.

    I thought of you guys the whole time. It was hells bells (burpees were the toughest) but I kept moving because I knew you guys would be giving it your all.

    Did 10 Ring dips without bands after the wod broken up they felt better then any I’ve done before love making progress:D

    Great partnering with you Shane we kept a good pace. Great job everyone real hard but fun gotta love the Saturday workouts.

    8:37 (ish? I know it was 8 minutes not 100% sure on the seconds)

    Jumped in and finished the partner WOD with Monica (the burpees, pushups, squats and pullups) as Heather wasn’t feeling well and had to stop. Time was 31:07.
    Get some rest Heather, hope you feel better and we’ll see you back soon!
