    Cleans in my strength were going well to about 115#, then things got a little ugly. Form continues to be an issue but used to fall apart around 90#’s so I guess that’s an improvement (thank you OLY class).

    Ron thanks for the heads up on the wallballs – you were right, they were much easier once I got onto leaving the ball “up” instead of down by my knees for the squat.

    Hard to get to the 7 a.m. but so cool that you arrive in the dark and leave in the light!

    Day 4 of paleo – hope everyone is trying new recipes and having fun with it!

    I vividly remember doing this 2011 games WOD. There was lots of starting at the bar & failed clean attempts, so I decided to scale the weight. T2B were tough, but I think a small improvement since the last WOD with these.

    I was really nervous about this one, but I really like it.

    Very happy with this. Goal going in was 7 rounds. T2B were challenging (kipping not a good idea with my shoulder so tried to limit that), but I LOVED the 9′ wall ball target 🙂

    My magic pads failed me about 3 rounds in and killed my grip. Ended up doing the rest of the toes to bars in singles. Slowed me down alot.

    Sat in Peanut gallery with Jeff and was a cheerleader Rx.

    5 Power cleans at 55lbs (75%)

    15 Wallballs at 10lbs (9ft marker)

    6 rounds 5 cleans, 10 toes ot post and 11 wallballs.
    First day off today. Felt great to be back. It was the first time I used the 10lb wallball (had been using the six). I thought I was Gods gift to the wall ball world

    Was able to get all cleans in unbroken and only 3 rounds of wall balls were broken. I tried to start off at a steady pace as to not burn out fast but probably could have moved a little quicker in the middle 🙂
    I feel like this is a workout that I will feel late tomorrow…

    = 5 rounds + 10 T2B

    Was aiming for 6 but I’m happy with it anyway.. I finally figured out the kip for the T2B, now I just need my abs/core to be stronger so that I can string more of them together at once. I did get a PR of 6 in the second round though, that made me happy.

    Note for next time, I took too many breaks on the wall balls, shouldn’t have to break those up into more than 2 sets per round. 6 rounds was achievable on this for me. Also could have done 100# for the cleans but didn’t want to push my luck with the weight.
