Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    Let me start by saying that I have been walking around all day like I have pooped in my pants when I go up or down stairs. Saturday’s WOD is wreaking havic on my body (quads)! I have been having muscle spasms in my quads for God sakes so I was nervous about doing this WOD tonight; especially the Tabata Squats.

    Tabata Something Else: RX

    Score: 312.

    I did this WOD in June of 2010, using the green bands for pullups and I would bet money that my chest was not touching the floor at that point. My score then was 275.

    37 rep PR. Considering the state of my quads today, I am happy with that!

    Happy to hear that the classes have been so full today. Keep it up everybody!

    I forgot how much of a “good tired” I feel when I’m finished a WOD. Although – washing my hair after class was an interesting experience, especially with my limp noodle arms! Ha!
