Death by Wall Ball

Do 2 wall-balls the first minute, 4 wall-balls the second minute, 6 on the third… Continue as long as possible. Fraction sets if necessary. Men use 20 lbs ball, ladies use 14 lbs.

Score is the number of full rounds completed.

    Managed 2 sets of 2 semi-unbroken Muscle-Ups!! I did not let go of the rings or drop down, but I need to work on fully extending my arms at the bottom while keeping my false grip on the way down. I had never strung 2 together before so I was pretty pumped.

    Had probably 4 or 5 “no-reps” on the last set, but glad I mad it as far as I did.

    Practice DU’s when I got got home… 4-5 in a row… I think I’m getting the swing of it…. We will see tomorrow if that’s true!!! Good job Terry on the WOD and thanks for the tips on the DU’s!!!! πŸ˜‰

      Ouch! I’ve whacked my chin with the bar before! Or didn’t move my stupid head fast enough….whichever, they end result is the same. Just happy my teeth stayed intact! πŸ™‚

      Nice work with the WOD and congrats on the DUs. I smell a breakthrough….

    WOD at Crossfit Kinetics:

    No strength, instead I participated in a skill session, where we worked on push press/push jerk/split jerk. Fun learning the split jerk.

    WOD:

    First, 25 burpees
    Then:
    3 rounds:
    15 pullups
    50 Double unders
    Then:
    Finish off with 25 burpees.

    Time: 14:16

    I was pretty sure I was going to die during the last 25 burpees.

    Really great workout!

    Happy to be able to get a CF workout in but really miss my CFM peeps!

    Gives me something to work on for my OHS and snatch, my shoulders do not seem to like those movements… not sure why…
