    DUs felt good today stung sets of 8-10 together. However my calculating weight not so much! I meant to do 50# oh well it’s a good thing double strength yesterday.
    And the video is awesome Patrick!

    (time was getting short and form on “returning the bar” was getting a little sloppy so I didn’t push any PRs and stopped there)

    AMRAP in 12 min of:
    – 5 Bear complexes @70#
    – 30 DU/90 Singles

    4 rounds + 71 singles

    Sort of a sliding DU/SU scale this WOD. Started with 30 DU’s but it took me close to 4 min so:
    – Round 1 (30 DUs)
    – Round 2 (15 DUs / 60 Singles)
    – Rounds 3 & 4 (90 Singles)

    Will go a little heavier next time on the BC’s, and will stick to more doubles.

    Fun WOD. Hats off to Corinna on this work out. The wind from her DU’s actually cooled me off during the workout.

    Can’t wait to be able to do more than 5 DUs in a row. Doing 30 singles and 30 doubles every round was killer.

    Work up to 1RM of squat snatch
    45 (x5) – 50 (x5) – 55 (x5) – 65 (x5)

    Practiced staying in the bottom of the squat and finding the “sweet spot”.
    Frustrating lift for me, but feeling a little more comfortable getting under the bar.
