In Teams of 2 complete:

On the minute:

One partner will complete 5 burpees and perform max rep thrusters on the minute (135#/95#). After one minute, rotate with your partner who will complete 5 burpees then max rep thrusters as able during that minute. At the beginning of the next minute switch with your partner and continue to perform 5 burpees and then max rep thrusters and so on until you reach 100 total thrusters.

Post the total number of minutes it took to reach 100 thrusters.

    Partner with Lance the work horse. Awesome job plowing through those thrusters man.

    I want to give a big shout out to my best friend who’s getting married today. If it wasn’t for him making this commitment I couldn’t have made it to today’s WOD.

    We managed to finish under the cap which will feel pretty awesome once my arms stop shaking! Way to push out the last rep Robert!

    Thank you very much Jeff for going Rx with me on this “lovely” WOD. Great push in your last 4 rounds. I knew we could beat the clock if we stuck to at least 4 reps each near the end.

    Here’s the WOD breakdown:
    – Jeff: 10-6-3-5-4-2-4-4-5-5 = 48 reps/10 rounds
    – Mario: 10-6-5-5-6-4-4-5-5-2 = 52 reps/10 rounds (last time 48/10… PR?)

    Good work everyone! And especially to Tracy for tackling this as her first WOD. (Hope that’s the right name, if I’m mistaken then I’m very sorry!)

    First time doing thrusters at 75#, surprised I managed to get 44. Thanks for the encouragement Elba 🙂 nice work on your first WOD Tracy!
