    I started with the 20lbs dumbell and during the second round, I realize it was just not going to happen hahaha !! Continued with the 15lbs. This was a really hard one for me…

    Hard on the arms. Great to do some burpees again feels like its been a while. Almost regretted going with the #53 after the first round but glad i stuck to it felt better after geting the hang of it.

    400m run with a 50lbs sandbag on my shoulders.

    This was my first visit to another box. I think I was focusing more than normal on form during the strength and the WOD for fear of bringing shame on our box. Lol. It was fun and as it has been said before, it doesn’t matter where you go, CrossFit people are all great. It was a great visit and I look forward to visiting more boxes in the Maritimes on my travels.

      Yeah….me and burpees have issues too…I feel your pain (well not today though, as the closest I came to a burpee was when I had to bend down to grab another drink out of the cooler….but I digress)
