If you haven’t noticed already, it’s Ladies Month at CrossFit Moncton. So far, we have Eva, Diane and Jackie under our belts, but there’s quite a few others to choose from. In fact, we’ll be doing at least 11 of the Lady Workouts this month.

They are great to use a benchmarks to help measure your progress over time. Each time you do it, you can see how you’ve improved. Or, they could make you very aware of some weaknesses you may have.
