  1. Great pic of the “kids”…big and little. Can’t wait to see more photos from the day’s activities.

Hope to see lots of folks at the open gym this evening for a little Canada Day “detox”. 🙂

    • Definately need to work off some of the items that were consumed this wonderful weekend. Can’t wait.

    • Detox was the right word. After-WOD light-headedness and feeling of general yuckiness…

  2. We really had a good time at the party. Was a great idea, we should have stuff like this more often!

Also, I think Crossfit Moncton is due for the return of themed saturday WODs! 😀

    WOD “Baseline” Rx = 4:18

Thank you for the race Darsey, it’s been too long since I had to push to catch up with someone. Great work on your PR too!!

PS: I almost just fell in the trap of posting score/comments with loved one’s name/e-mail automatically entered instead of my own info. I always had a good laugh when this happened to others… :p

    • Great time on the WOD! Well done 🙂
I agree with bringing back the Saturday theme WODs. Too much fun!

Words to live by…do not eat half a gigantic water melon prior to the baseline. Not pretty.

    WOD rx’d – 4:50

Detox was needed. A long weekend is bad, but a long weekend with my mom’s cooking is dangerous. Soooo good but sooo bad.
