Big thanks!

What a fantastic holiday weekend! Big thanks to everyone who came out to the 2nd annual Appreciation Party. We had lots of sun, laughs, food, drinks and cannonballs.

Joanna and I want to thank all of our members for being so awesome! We love you for being so supportive and we can’t thank you enough.

Gym will be open today from 6-7:30pm.

    Great pic of the “kids”…big and little. Can’t wait to see more photos from the day’s activities.

    Hope to see lots of folks at the open gym this evening for a little Canada Day “detox”. 🙂

    We really had a good time at the party. Was a great idea, we should have stuff like this more often!

    Also, I think Crossfit Moncton is due for the return of themed saturday WODs! 😀

    PS: I almost just fell in the trap of posting score/comments with loved one’s name/e-mail automatically entered instead of my own info. I always had a good laugh when this happened to others… :p

    Did second baseline to detox further. 7:30
    Words to live by…do not eat half a gigantic water melon prior to the baseline. Not pretty.

    *took a few months off of from daily squats…time to start up again. Felt good 🙂

    Time = 5:34 (was 6:03 in Mar/12 so 29 sec PR)

    spent a good part of the 1.5 hours trying to sort out what i was going to do..wasn’t really feeling a wod, thought to do double strength but eventually settle on the posted wod “baseline”.. first time doing this one so i guess its a PR.. 4;48 lots of room to improve.
