    I loved this WOD. The first 800m was a shock to my system lol… I need to warm up a little more. I could have gone faster in my 800m run.

    brain was not yet activated this morning, did a face plant on the pavement for the 200 metere run. (note to myslef do not do that again)
    skipping rope fell apart had to run back to get another one.
    enjoying my wake up coffee now, haha

    great times this morning 7 am class, you guys were flying!!!

    Yeah for All DU’s, I kept persevering with my largest unbroken set at 13 (not a PR… I don’t think – I’m going with 16…I have a hard time keeping track hahaha), it was in my round of 20 and I was getting excited to get them all unbroken and I think it set me off…oh well….I’ll take the 150 DU’s which is huge for me at this point!!

    I asked Kevin for the lady’s name who does the Body Composition Tests…let me or Kevin know if your interested this week and if there’s enough he’ll have her come in to do the group, it’s $25 each. Otherwise I’ll just do it on my own….the scale is getting far to frustrating at this point!! : )

    So intense, therefore I loved it! =) Running is my goat again, and I’m so happy to be facing it with my crossfit friend’s day by day! Can’t wait to start trying to run faster…. for now, just doing it is enough. The double unders got hard after the 80… Pretty much 2 by 2 ….

      Im into my second month and it took me that long to do 5’s twice!
      Cannot wait to see how I do. I love getting stronger. It’s really empowering and makes me feel healthy. 🙂
