    I thought I was gonna have a hard time with the toes through rings… Nope!
    Actually, I don’t know what I had a harder time with between my singles or my anger management when tripping… Both definitively need some work! I must have done close to 1,000 singles!!! I had enough for my money* for sure.

    thought the 40# would be tough but could have gone higher…
    killer on the forearms which is why I switched to v-snaps…couldn’t grip rings anymore!!

    . 20 minute time cap is what I figured would be 20 mins of skipping practice! 1 round had 3 attempts get to about 30, same round 2, same round 3.. You get the picture? Lol.. And kev chanting “don’t mess up don’t mess up ” helped me immensely! Lol. Now I just have to figure out what he sucks at to get back at him?
