    10x 70 – stayed at 70# until I got the technique/form down pat (thank you Kevin, for the help) so I didn’t have enough time to increase again to find my max but I’m pretty sure I’ve got another 10# -15# in me.

    So happy to do Snatches today! Had not attempted snatches since March during the Open and that day was a big setback for my shoulder. Today felt great!!!

    Power snatches 35-45-55-60-65-70-75-80Fx2 I almost got the first one though… My left shoulder has been bothering me since I hurt it doing a light OHS a week and a half ago. Not sure what’s going on there, but I’m trying to prevent an injury so I’m not pushing as hard as I’d like to right now.

    15 situps
    15 toes to bar (arch nemesis)

    Time :12:18 The toes to bar were by far the hardest part of this workout for me… It killed my grip which then made the power snatches harder as well. I taped my right elbow and wrist and did not get any pain in my elbow tonight 🙂

    It was good to get back into the gym, sweat a little and just get my mind off the events of the last week. CrossFit is good for the body, mind and soul 🙂 Thank you 6:30 crew for making me laugh and sweat with you!
