Grab a partner

Complete all 1500 reps with a partner. Only one partner can be working at a time. You may do the workout in any order, but you must complete the whole exercise before moving onto the next.

1000 Skips
100 Burpees
100 Situps
100 Pushups
100 Squats
100 Pullups

    100 burpees

      I have a little rule of thumb not make armed people mad, so I will say there was definitely no grabbing…but during Junkyard Dog I was over her and under her quite a bit! Jeff made me…

    Did it in the posted order…
    500 singles
    50 Burpees
    50 Situps
    50 Pushups
    50 Squats
    50 Pullups

    Time —> 27:35

    I spent the first 10 minutes re-learning how to do singles. Finally got it figured out for the last 100. …Then spent 5 minutes on burpees! …Tough to keep moving.

    Awesome job today everyone!!!
    Can’t wait to try that warmup!… it was fun to watch. 😀

    Wahoooo – that was alot of Fun and was great to partner up with you Tom!!! We worked great together as a team with awesome transitiions and we gave ‘er nuts!!! My hand ripped during the 1 sets of pullups and resorted to gripping with my fingers only on my ripped hand – OUCH!!

    As I typed this my doorbell rang and it was my neighbor across the street jokingly (but not really) asking me to get my car OFF his lawn (I forgot to put the emergency brake on and it just missed his car and rolled onto his lawn…. :S opps hahhaha) I must still be very light-headed from the workout!!!

    Great seeing a big crowd and seeing you again Ed – looking huge bro and hope to workout with you lots over the next few weeks!!!

    I had a great time!!!! Amazing partner today, Andie you ROCK!!! I was not feeling that great this morning but after 3 burpees that was out of my mind :)!!!

    Great workout — we shared the load equally and pushed through it. Last time I did this wall I came very close to meeting Pukie, but today was a different story — everything felt good. Great job today Greg, I know those pull ups sucked with the ripped hands. Great to see Ed back 🙂
