Skill of the week – Planks

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minuteโ€ฆ continuing as long as you are able.

    Thanks to Kevin for explaining the right grip for OHS. I was doing it wrong because it was really hurting the wrist. After, with the right grip, it didnโ€™t hurt as it did before. So now I can progress the right way and prevent any potential serious injury with heavier OHS.

    Very happy about the 15# PR, plus my hip flexer wasn’t bothering me!! Didn’t get to far on the WOD, this confirms my poor form on the cleans & jerks.

    Was pumped for that WOD all day and left really happy with my result.

    Wanted that last (9th) rep so bad but just ran out of time! I liked the vibe of this WOD and how it gradually sneaks up on you then slaps you in the face! Strength felt really good today too.
