    It was a nice day for a run, great job to all the other CFM ladies that were out!

    1. Shoulder Switches — each person holds the end of a barbell and together they push press it from one shoulder to the other.

      Buddy Getups — partners face each other and lock arms / hands. You sit down… I pull you up. I sit down… you pull me up.

    10 km Movember run.

    I had to soak my new Cross Fit sneakers in the sink when I got home because they were in such a mess!!

    I saw at least 10 women wipe out!! Great race day despite the freezing feet.

    Time: Under 55 minutes. I am quite happy with this because I wanted to finish in under an hour.

    Enjoyed a nice cold beer at the PumpHouse after the race with my BMHS team!
