    Didn’t count some of my Knees 2 Elbows as they didn’t quite reach my elbows. Started to be more strict on my reps.

    Couldn’t get the rythem down for the knees to elbows and ended up swinging too much at times, but still happy with the results.

    DU’s were pretty rough with no rhythm at all. Couldn’t seem to get them started in the first round, tried again in the second round. So…. I guess this should be my skill to work on the rest of this week. Hard to improve with no practice 😉

    First time doing knees to elbows was hard enough. Really had to concentrate on getting a big kipping movements, most reps were 1 or 2 after the first 5. OHS were hard on the arms specially the very last rep @ #75. I surprised myself going up that rope tonight. Great Job everyone 🙂

    Very happy with this…my time on this WOD in April was 15:50 (same size band for dips and same K2E on rings). I tried double unders for that WOD but gave up after much frustration. Did straight single unders this time.

    Speaking of single unders, I think its time I put on my big girl panties and work on my double unders (programming this week has made that super evident for me). The only thing I’m getting better at is doing single unders *sigh*….

        I can get a few in a row (I think my PR is 17, but that was a few months ago)….I just get so frustrated doing them in WODs because, well, frankly, I suck at them 🙂

    Before the WOD I was practicing my double unders and it’s the first time since fundamentals that I succeed at doing a double under, and I even did a few 🙂

    WOD: 2 Rounds
    – 25 v-snaps
    – 25 paralettes
    – 150 Singles (First round unbroken, Second round got up to 120)

    Time: 8:19

    3 Rope climbs. I don’t know if I ever climbed a rope like this ever before, I was pretty pumped to find out that I could so I did an extra 2 🙂

    Before WOD, decided to make an attempt at a muscle up , little awkward but gritted it out.. Thank you Marco for being a witness.. Did a little internal happy dance.. My external one isn’t pretty, and my friends at xfit shouldn’t be witness to that!! Lol

    Those dips really slowed me down – I need to work on that!

      First trip “up” the rope (Evan says it looked like about 6 inches 🙁 ). Strangely my arms weren’t the problem; somehow need to figure out what to do with my feet!
