    We only have one more group fundamentals until the new year. The dates are Nov.22, 24, 29 and Dec.1. If they are not in for this Saturday’s free drop-in at 9am, they may have to wait until 2012.

    Looks like we did them in the wrong order. No difference, I’m assuming.

    When I checked the wod this morning, I was disappointed to see it because I was thinking I wasn’t going to get much out of it, seeing how I didn’t think I could do many pullups or pushups in a row. However, most of us couldn’t hold our pens near the end of it….I got a lot out of it after all. It was really tough!

    2x 100m farmer walk with 50lb dumbells (wow these hurt)

    AMRAP in 7 min
    Overhead Squats (95/65#)
    Double Unders
    3-6-9-12-15-etc.

    Finished 18 OHS – no bumper plates and shitty skipping ropes make me go crazy.

    Kevin- I may have left my skipping rope in the gym… Or it may be at home.. Ill touch base with you around Christmas

    1. Yes, definitely! I see lots of people are doing that now.. and as they say, if you keep doing pushups on your knees, you’re just going to get good at doing pushups on your knees!

    Tough workout.. Suffered badly with pullups even with the band.. And with ego for using a band! Lol. Forgot to check it (ego) at the door on the way in.. Getting better at it each day but every so often there’s a WOD that on the surface I feel I should be doing Rx that just kicks my ass even when I scale! Is that what keeps you coming back for more? *#*#%#% I’m hooked!!

    it’s almost harder to decide how long a rest you want to take between sets… it’s somehow easier when the clock is ticking and you have no time to stop to anticipate the next round

    Last time I did this one from home without taking any breaks in between exercises and it sucked incredibly, not to mention that my reps were much lower. I’m happy I came in to do this one with the 6:30 crew πŸ™‚ excellent work today everyone!!!
