    Hard time getting elbows up w the front squats, hurts my shoulders… The Lunges were very hard w all that weight. First time doing toes to elbows in WOD, was hesitant during some reps during round 1. This was buy far the hardest WOD this week. Good job 3:15 🙂

    135-200-220 and I stopped there, because I was scared to drop the bar on the nice tiles because of course they don’t have rubber plates!

    Wod: I wanted to do 100 DU, 100 deadlifts, 100 DU but there was no place for me to skip…….

    Soooo I did 500m row for time and OF COURSE the machine doesn’t give you the total time, only realised halfway trough. Anyways, my average time was 1:57, 6 (Which I don’t really know what it means)

    What a terrible workout. No, the workout was fine. The feeling of total body weakness at the 6 minute mark was terrible.

    That was a tough WOD, but I really liked it. In hindsight, I think I could have pushed harder for a couple of more reps. Now I have a benchmark for next time.

    Wrote 43 at the gym but as usual post-wod math is challenging. Curtis P’s tougher than I remembered. Great job 6:30 crew.

    Shoulder injury at Football this week = unstable/sore shoulder + wearing a very chest-constricting support brace = unable to breathe during WOD = Change-For-Change As Rx’ed

    But a great WOD – nice choice!!! Hopefully will be able to get back in the groove.

    Practiced with the 65# but lunges were a mess. 60# was definitely the right choice for today!
