    Mornin guys, I am still unable to log on to zen planner. It just says “error on page” and doesnt load. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.

    I tried again this morning too, and still had the same issue. Decided to try Kevin’s suggestion from Thursday and downloaded Firefox… I was skeptical, but it worked and I was able to get in to update my class times.
    In my office I use Internet Explorer, and not able to download this web browser there, so hopefully the issue will be fixed soon.

  3. Nothing to be skeptical with Firefox, everyone! It’s a widely recognized, reputable and stable browser, and less susceptible to spyware. It’s faster too. I’m in IT, if that helps ease your doubts, lol.
    It’s not hard to use, it works the same way as Internet Explorer…except it’s better. πŸ™‚ Install and enjoy!

    Group warm up consisting up:
    2rds of 10m of broad jumps, 10 of inchworm walking, 10sec Samson stretch

    10 min of practicing 25-30 foot rope climb
    (practiced rope around leg technique – awkward, strict with arms, strict with arms hips flexed – torn hands/fingers a bit πŸ™‚ )
    Practiced KB snatch
    10#-25#-40#-53# (loved this!!!)

    21-15-9
    35# dumbbell snatch (non-dominant hand)
    10m walking lunge with 35#dumbbell overhead (non-dominant hand)

    Tough WOD for me due to shoulder instability ! But really Loved my time at CFTO. Looks like I missed some great WODs (AirForce, swimming WOD & group tire flips) and interesting Discussions yesterday too!!

    See you guys soon! Currently in Toronto finishin up a 4 day course studying ART (Active Release Technique!) for the upper body! If you don’t know what it is, ask me – if you do and have had it done to you, you’ll know how “fun” it is and how there are some amazing results that come this. πŸ™‚

    Cross Fit Dieppe Group WOD @ 65 lbs

    2 3 4 5 6 7 8 HP Clean
    3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Split Jerk
    4 5 6 7 8 9 10 OHS

    Tough, but fun! Do 1 SDHP, 2 HP Clean, 3 Split Jerk and 4 OHS. Then 2 SDHP, 3 HP Clean, 4 Split Jerk and 5 OHS etc. Get as many sets as possible in 25 minutes.10 burpee penalty for every time bar touches floor. Also must do 10 burpees after each set. 25 minute time cap.

    I made it to set 7 and finished with 9 split jerks.

    It was interesting to work out at another box. I recommend it to everyone!
