    Felt a little slow on the lifts, but otherwise kind of liked this WOD.

      walked twice today for a few min, and drank one drink of water one the last 3 rounds. running super slow; legs are sore!!!! Still happy I manage to jog when Im barely able to walk 🙂

    Cool workout, I don’t remember it from before. It was nice at the 6:30 class, the sun went down and there was a bit of a mist during the runs. Fun WOD today.

    Have you ever done a WOD alone? I did today… 😀 Relating to yesterday’s article that Kevin posted…. As much as I like to compete against myself and try to get PR’s, it is hard to do a WOD on your own. I find having other people suffering through the WOD with me makes me push harder and encourages me to continue.
