    WOD Rx except push up on feet and thrusters with 55lbs: 140 reps… I did have a bad night sleep last night but this is the closest I’ve come to signing the wall!! Feeling better now…

    I liked that one! I was able to rebound quite a few box jumps so that’s an improvement. Kinda glad to do Thrusters today too cause I’m pretty sure I’ll see them again on Saturday. 🙂

    Lots of accomplishments today: 1st time ever doing a WOD w pushup on toes, first time doing pullups in warmup w no band!! 🙂 Glade to be doing squats again even if I still feel like my hip flexer is pulling. Today is a good day! 🙂

    No rep’d myself on so many freaking wallballs it wasn’t even funny – I still am unable to reach the 10 foot mark condistantly without jumping the ball up… GRRRR!!! My last round of ring pushups had to be broken up into 4-3-3 – I was quite slow… So happy to see everyone tonight 🙂

    Ouf! Almost met Mr. Pukie on this one!
