Accumulate as many points as possible in 25 minutes:

Handstand pushups=3 pts
Clean and jerk (65#)=3 pts
Pullups=2 pts
Thruster(45#)=2 pts
Double unders=2 pts
Sit ups=1 pt
Squats=1 pt
Pushups=1 pt
Row= 1 pt per calorie

RULES
Must do at least 5 of the exercises in the list.
No individual exercise can be more than 500 points.
Only one person working out at once.

      Hey Gabrielle! Thanks for thinking of me! I finished with a 1:36:31 time. Swim sucked hard! Bike was fast and run not too bad. I was 9/17 in my age category….so overall, very happy to finish and not end up on the bottom of the lake. 🙂

    Skipping (singles):100, 130 = 230 /3 = 76.6 @ 2pts = 153
    Push ups:20 @ 1pt = 20
    Rows:20 calories @ 1pt = 20
    Sit-ups:60,20 =80 @ 1pt =80
    Squats:60 @ 1pt = 60

    Total- 437 points

    This was such an awesome WOD! Are they always this fun on Saturdays???

    Pullups=2 pts….check (NO BAND!!!!) <— REALLY proud of this one. Did 10 a few times.
    Thruster(45#)=2 pts…check
    Double unders=2 pts…check…did singles x3
    Sit ups=1 pt…check
    Squats=1 pt…check
    Pushups=1 pt…check
    Row= 1 pt per calorie…didn't even look at the rower…LOL

    I believe we totaled 1421 or was it 1241(Jocelyn had it written down) with 8 of the 9 exercises done.

    Great WOD! Fun warm up too!

    Team Mario & Justin = 1251 points… scored over 500 in both C&J and on the skipping… but it’s all good, got a great workout out of it! Good job partner!

  9. The “Burpee Wave” set the mood for the class.
    The “Team Relay Warm-up” turned out to be kick-ass. Yay ‘Snatches’!
    The “Partner WOD” was a ton of fun. What a fun Saturday with an amazing group! 16 people gave everything they had for a full hour. Unbelievable! Every single person put out such an incredible effort!

    For the WOD I partnered with Johan. Nice work buddy!
    Total Points —> 1208

    We managed our time with 1 minute of work followed by 1 minute of rest while the other worked.
    In 12.5 minutes I did …

    41 Pullups
    97 Double Unders
    36 Situps
    85 Squats
    10 Pushups
    17 Calorie Row
    Total points for me = 634
    Johan’s points = 574

    I had no intention of working out today, but the stars aligned themselves.

    Joanna and I partnered up for the as many points as possible wod.

    HSPU – 22 = 66pts
    C&J – 126 = 378pts
    Pullups – 110 = 220pts
    Thrusters – 35 = 70pts
    Doubles – 250 = 500pts
    Squats – 355 = 355pts
    Situps – 25 = 25pts
    Total = 1614
