    Frank the Tank fractured his arm today doing the run backwards. He is in a cast for 6-8 weeks, On a positive note, it is orange so it will match Kevim’s shirt at the wedding.

      OMG…what a shame. Did he fall? I saw that he was favouring his arm after the workout, but had no idea it was such a serious injury. Hope your feeling better Frank.

    The combination of the truck pull followed by the WOD was awful on my quads. Wanted so bad to go faster on the burpees but couldn’t. The skipping went really well for me though. Nice WOD! πŸ™‚

    I tried the reverse burpees but couldn’t pull it off. My feet were not getting close enough to my butt. I was able to do the backward skips during practice but when it came to the WOD, I was too gassed and had a hard time. I wasted some time trying to do them during the WOD.

    What a blast!! While I’ve pushed vehicles before, it’s only at Crossfit that I’ve ever pulled one! Still wasn’t able to pull off the reverse burpees – had the same problem with my foot-to-butt ratio that Francis had so no go this time.

    Burpees where the slowest for me. Focus on the breathing to manage to get the backward skipping unbroken the majority of the time.

    Druning the second round of running backwards I thought I lost all of my energy and it would be a lot longer workout. But I just slowed my pace a touch and got a second wind. The last 3 rounds went by pretty quick and I finished strong. Can’t wait to beat my time.
