    While I’m sometimes frustrated that I’m always the last person to finish, I’m very thankful to have such a great cheering section in my 6am class (and sometimes the early 7am’ers). Thanks. πŸ™‚

    Decided to add Bench in to my rotation as the basic movement is my goat(pushups etc…)

    First mistake was doing them with Andrew who did 225 x 13

    WOD: 3k Run with 3 Burpees each minute on the minute.

    Time: 18:54 (aka Dan – 1sec)

    I feel like I can achieve anything I want in life with Dan behind me saying “I’m coming for ya”. That is what I heard at every turn for the last 4 rounds, then the climatic sprint up the hill. Likely a made for TV movie in there somewhere.
