In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED.

Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

    WOD with 110# : 9:51 I think

    I took alot of breaks – coulda pushed harder but I’m happy with this. Hang Cleans were the hardest of the movements for sure.

    Then wanted to practice my GOAT in Double-Unders (Previous PR of 27 back in Feb)
    30(PR)-40(PR)-50(PR)-55(PR!!!!!!!!)

    So excited!!! Going for more next time I’m in the gym – cant wait!!! They feel so good today!!

    Did 50km bike ride yesterday followed immediately by short 2km run (was surprised to hold a sub 5min/km pace for the run)…holy tired legs today πŸ˜‰
