    75-85-95 (felt a ‘pop’ in my shoulder and stopped. This was pretty much my max anyways)

    Used 5# more on the Push Press and 3# more on the KBS last time but no PR today.
    I had 7 rounds +9 push press in January.

    Way to go morning crew. Don;’t know how you guys do it every day. Just did it a few times and I am worn out ;P. I gues I found my new goat.

    Happy with that…I pushed myself hard this morning and my push presses were too heavy. Slowed me down a lot.

    Gabriel – just have to find your groove with the mornings…they’re definitely harder than evenings but I still prefer them! It was nice to have you with us this morning! You too, Eric!

    DId the first 2 rounds with 60# for my push press, really struggled lowered it to 55# (60% max). I enjoyed this one.

    And to answer the Question of the Day, do you even have to ask? Tire Flips!!

    QOD- Can’t say l prefer one over the other. I enjoy deadlifts and haven’t tried tire flips yet. So let’s do tire flips on saturday so I can decide. 🙂

    Tough one for sure, but I quite liked this one as well. Last time I used 70 # for my pp and I had 10 rounds + 5 pp.

    Overhead Squat 3RM (lift w/ Power Snatch)
    95-105-115-135(PR)-145(PR) … also matched my power snatch PR on that last set

    WOD: “Jack” (scaled @ 15 mins) = 4 rounds + 10 PP (PR by 6 PP)

    Same as last time, back acting up, had to cut it 5 mins again, but I’ll take the PR, and I think this time the PP were a bit easier.
