    (the last 2 at 75 were more of a press so i dropped back to 65 to work on activating the hips / form)

    the deadlifts felt good, it was the grip that was weak today. what a forearm burner!

    *used split on all 205 attempts, worked on getting tech right, last one OK except for feet position…

    WOD Rx = 4:46
    Total grip killer… the last TTRs in the second set of 10s and the whole last 5s were hard. Surprisingly and happily, deadlifts caused no tightness whatsoever in my lower back. I believe stretching almost daily fixed that!
