…all you have to do is jump 2 inches and rotate your wrists. Those are the only two physical components to doing a double under.

So why are they so tough?

There are neurological changes that need to take place. And to make those changes, you need to practice. Over time, you’ll develop the coordination, balance, agility and accuracy to successfully complete double unders.
