    20 power cleans (I guess my 1rep max isn’t 110 anymore :))

    Marco told me after that the standard for women wall ball is 9′, is he right?

        Well just so I can pretend I am right, according to the games website the women’s standard is 9′. I must say though I am very impressed with martine for doing the at 10′.

        Thanks Gabrielle! I was surprised when Kevin said to do it with prescribed weight. Glad he did cause I wouldn’t have taken it upon myself. 🙂

    The toes to bar slowed me down, but they are getting better. I did the first 10 unbroken and then sets of 4’s and 5’s for the rest!! Thanks for the tips on the cleans Sonia.

    Man test with 14# 1:30

    Modified wod:
    10 KBS sumo deadlift 70#
    20 pullups
    30 wallballs (had a basketball one, think it was heavier than 14#, felt like it and threw my timing off… so most were just at 9′)
    40 Toes through rings
    50 DU
    40 walking lunges
    30 toes to bar (unable to kip now!!! so slow, plus after doing 40 on rings, pretty dead abs hehe)
    20 DB power cleans (30# each)
    10 front squats 95#

    Time: 17:00

    Great job am crew… was a tough one, and felt a bit faint after, not eating for a day and being sick really kills you!!!
