    WU X2 strict pullups using green band ( my elbow still has an issue with pullups for sone reason…)

    35-45-55-65-75-85-95-105-115-125 (not sure there was much of a shrug on any of the 125 reps)

    WOD 5 minutes
    30 power cleans 70 lbs (need to make sure I fully extend my legs to a full standing position after every rep – also did something funny with my left wrist on the 15th clean… The rest of my cleans were slightly painful after that point…)
    AMRAP wallballs 14lbs – only counted the ones that made it past the 10 ft mark and touched the wall…

    Score 10 – wow that was tough! I’m sure I did at least twice as many that did not count and I won’t lie, there was some swearing – grrr! But all in all, first time doing 10 ft wallballs so I’m happy πŸ™‚
