    I’d like to do Workout #1. 🙂

Six of us are heading golfing today at Petitcodiac. There still room for two more. If you’d like to join us post here. See yesterday’s comments for more info. Tee times are 2:20pm and 2:30pm.

My vote is for WOD#3….love me some deadlifts 🙂
But since I like the chippers too, WOD#6 would be my second choice.

    5km Run —> 26:09
Best time this year by 52 seconds.
Need to gain another 41 seconds to match my PR from last year.

Going golfing soon. It’s a good day!

What a great picture of Corinna!! So proud of all of you 🙂

I would have to say workout 3 or 6… Would like to be able to do all of them and in my dreams, I can 🙂

Have fun at golf – would love to join you next time!

I hope everyone is having a great Sunday 🙂

I’m now going to attempt a solo version of yesterday’s workout…

Back home from Regionals!! I was a bit disappointed with my 115 lb thruster score because I had thrusted 125lb quite comfortably at home. My favorite moment at the games by far was the 21-15-9 deadlift/box jump WOD. I am not sure where my strength came from but the lifts felt quite easy. The energy and cheers from the crowd certainly got me pumped..smiles..

I was sick most of the week-end. Spent all of Thursday in my hotel room sleeping. Chills, sweats, feverish and achy!! Friday was not much better and I was feeling quite weak for the thruster WOD. Yesterday, I was feeling more like myself. What terrible timing to be sick!!!

The level of competition was amazing. I have never seen so much lean muscle mass, six pack abs and skin!! An amazing experience for sure. One could come back from the games with a crushed ego. However, I came home with an overall objective of continuing to work harder than ever on all my goats.

Great job team! But more importantly, a huge thanks to the Cross Fit Community for all your support. You guys are the best!

Sorry to see you weren’t feeling well this weekend, but happy to see you had a great experience nonetheless 🙂 you are a trooper and a true champion for giving it your all Corinna – congrats on a fantastic accomplishment! Can’t wait to hear more about it live 🙂

Nice work Corinna! I’d pay money to see your deadlift performance 🙂 Proud to say I’m almost as strong as you 🙂

Welcome back and sorry to hear that you were under the weather. That bites! Bad timing is right, but WOW, in spite of it all you did AMAZING! We are all very proud of you and the whole CFM games team 🙂

WU 6k hike with dogs plus mobility

    Alcock solo

At first, I had the crazy idea of running 800m and doing the exercise in question for the amount of time it took me to do the run… After the first round I realized the error of my ways and switched to 400m runs…

    So:
    800m run
    80 SDHP 45lbs
    400m run
    56 situps
    400m run
    18 burpee lateral jumps
    400m run
42 pushups (knees – subbed because pullup bar is inoperative at the moment)
    400m run
    31 thrusters 45lbs

Total reps 227 in 25:24 – 1524 seconds /227 = 1 rep every 6:71 seconds… Interesting WOD! looking forward to trying it with a partner next time around.
