    got 95 pullups and did 350 lunges… pretty happy with this result, pullups are getting harder:)

        The $ sign goes in fron of its value like $100, so all the value goes to Sonia. Did’nt they teach you that in Sasquatch school?

        PS – I should point out that in french, which Marc is, the dollar sign goes after the value. So while I can see why he assumed it was his, the post was written in english; therefore, the value does indeed go to Sonia. Sorry Marc. πŸ˜‰

    ~ 1st run was unbroken, but the rest were slow and found it difficult to breathe properly (doesn’t help that I have allergy symptoms too).
    ~ Kevin, if you’re looking for Sunday Post ideas… some of us could use running tips.

    WU times 2 all kipping pullups with yellow band… I keep losing my grip after 5 and my right elbow has started bothering me again – grrrrrr!!!

    Strength OHS 5’s

    35-40-45-50-55(did 3 than failed on the fourth, picked it up again and did the last too… I noticed there’s a slight slope on both sides of the racks, turned my back away from the rack and it seemed to help a bit, but I felt like I really had to fight on most of my reps…

    12-12-12-10-10-12 (I did dead hang pullups on every round using the green and yellow band, but kipped one of my pullups on the round before last…)

    I enjoyed this one though the running felt harder than usual today…
