Tomorrow will be a special ‘Change for Change’. You can pay $5 for any workout from the month of May. Or, you can pay $10 for any workout that we’ve done at CrossFit Moncton (up to the discretion of the coach).

    Holy crap! I can’t move. Legs are so sore from yesterday’s workout. Afraid to sit down….I might not be able to get up…..ever.

    Yeah “Abbate” looks like a real treat! That was sarcasm, in case you missed it….

    I’m not sure why I have not come up with an excuse to cancel…..haha. It’s my last day at this gym so …gotta go. Considering I don’t run and rowing has came up way too often, do you want to recomened some variation? even if rowing was part of it but 4K….uggh…

    I was really scared of the rowing, first round was tough, 2nd round felt good and last round would’ve felt good other than the grip (couldn’t go as fast cause my hands wouldn’t hold on anymore!!!). That’s the most i’ve ever rowed in a wod, I’ll have to admit it wasn’t as bad as I thought;)
    DB clean and jerks are harder than they look too.

    Well done am crew and good job on mistakenly doing it as rx’d for the run Jolene hehehe:)
