This Saturday, the workout of the day will be moving the old gym to the new gym. Joanna and I will be there at 9am to start packing things up and we’ll start moving the big stuff at 10am. If you’re able to lend a hand or a truck, shoot me an email. We’ll need all the help we can get, as we have over 9000 pounds of equipment to move.
