Help needed

This Saturday, the workout of the day will be moving the old gym to the new gym. Joanna and I will be there at 9am to start packing things up and we’ll start moving the big stuff at 10am. If you’re able to lend a hand or a truck, shoot me an email. We’ll need all the help we can get, as we have over 9000 pounds of equipment to move.

If you want to see the new place, here’s a map. The first workout will be on Monday, May 30th.

    I feel good about that one. In October 09 I had been Crossfitting for 1 month and I gave up after two rounds in a time of 16:10. I might have been a little quicker today too if I I hadn’t done 300 squats on Monday. Nice work 4:15 crew!

    OMG! That was a tough one. The box jumps felt 12 feet high on the last round. It took everything I had just to get my feet to leave the floor. Sorry for the f-bombs. My brain lacked oxygen…..

    Jumping up to the rings made a big difference, took me out of my groove. This was a surprisingly tough workout, my shoulders are still feeling tired an hour later. Still I feel like I could do a lot better if I took another shot at it.

    Got a nosebleed each time. Fantastic!

    Great job to everyone on today’s workout. It’s the last week at the gym, so we gotta do hard workouts, eh?

    10 db ground to overhead 35# each db
    15 box jumps with full stand up hip extension at top of box

    Ground to overhead with 35# db were crazy heavy!!

    Defeated by the box jumps! Had to drop back to the little box but next time I’ll try the black box again. Gonna feel it in the morning…good job everyone.

    Wow this one was tough, my legs are feeling like jello right now. First time doing the Box Jumps -thanks Kevin for the encouragement, legs were saying no but needed to tell my brain yes! Eventhough on my knees, somehow I managed to do 90 push ups – didn’t think I would ever do that.
    Good Job 6:30 crew.
