We often do ‘cashouts’ after a workout. Many of them are stretches or moves meant to increase your mobility. A lot of them come from Kelly Starrett and his Mobility WOD Project. If you haven’t seen his website, check it out.
You are able to search through his site for stretches for specific issues. Let’s say you have some tight hamstrings or a sore shoulder…you can type in a few key words on the right hand side and you’re hit with a ton of videos.
