    Ha ha! Just saw yesterday’s post. We’ve been sans internet. We haven’t done any burpees but we did hike the Cinque Terre yesterday WITH a 2 1/2 hr detour due to landslides across one of the easy parts of the trail. In all I think we hiked around 6 hrs. Thank God we are CrossFitters! Otherwise, we wouldn’t be walking today. We had to go over 400m up a couple of times. Hee hee. We’ll do some burpees between pizzas today. Good luck at the games if we don’t post again soon.

    Today is my 1 year anniversary at Crossfit!
    I’m an addict, and I love my CrossFit family. My life is forever changed because of all of you (especially Kevin) Thank you all for the inspiration and motivation you give me each and every day – here’s to the next year and each one thereafter!

    Today is the first day that I am not sore since Sunday TEAM WOD.
    I am going to post what I have been doing on my own…to keep my teammates informed.
    Monday
    5 minutes of DU (311)

    Tuesday
    AMRAP in 5 minutes:
    3 – 175lbs Deadlift
    7 – Shoulder Press (45lbs)-kept it light…because shoulders were crazy tight.
    5 Rounds + 1 Deadlift

    50# was tough on my shoulder. Lowered weight and tried to be sure of my movements to prevent an injury.
