    I attempted to workout at home this morning. I haven’t workout first thing in the morning for about 2 years.

      I agree with ya MC. I dont know how the 6:00 crew does it. I struggle to turn on my coffee maker first thing in the morning, let alone do crossfit!

        I had to force myself to try it for 2 weeks. I was nearly suicidal during the first week – I’m not exactly a bubbly morning person, and I won’t tell you the things I was saying and thinking during those workouts. πŸ™‚ It’s harder to work out in the morning but it’s worth it to get it out of the way early and have the rest of the day to get other things done.

    Jumpens! Those 135# cleans are HEAVY! Did the first round RXed barely. Switched to 115# for the rest. Switching plates in the middle of the WOD really slowed my time down, but at least I could finish the WOD. Great work 4:15 crew! Nice seeing some faces that I haven’t seen in a while.

    I couldn’t remember my max power clean, thought it was 110 so I did #75 in the wod, but last July I did #95, so I should have done this RX’d. πŸ™ Will know for next time. Still last time I did push ups from my knees and got 8:50.
