    Row actually felt pretty good, the run wasn’t too bad. Would have been a decent PR if I hadn’t have crapped out on double unders. Probably my worst set of 100 double unders ever. Disappointing, so lets focus on the positive front squat PR and feel good row and stop there 🙂

    Compare to May 2010 of 9:56, so consistent, but not much of an improvement. In hindsight, I should have pushed harder on the run. I think I can shave some time off this one. Next time.

    Not bad I guess. I’ve been away from the gym for 11 days. First recovering from a party induced groin injury and then battling a cold/chest infection for the last week. Breathing was really tough during the WOD and even had to walk a lot during the 800m run. So overall happy with my result and glad to be back!

    Strugled big time with DU’s. I am partly to blame since I was totally gased out after the run. Pace, pace, pace.
    But very happy that I done 50 DU’s 🙂

    PR on Double Unders 34 in a row! AND I PR’d on the wod, did it last May with skips instead of DU and got 11:06. 😀
