    = 7 rounds in just over 25 minutes. (didn’t record the exact time I finished, there was a 25:00 cap and the timer went off when I was doing my box jumps)

    I’m struggling to not be so disappointed with my results because I worked hard and I had a good workout…my running just really sucks. I don’t remember it being this bad last summer??

    It was a good one, grip killer and the DB cleans got tougher than I thought.

    My right knee became quite sore during rounds 6. At rounds 7 and 8, I had to run with my right leg almost straight!! Hopefuly the soreness will go away soon. Despite that, it felt great to be running outside this morning and I actually thought I saw the sun at one point….smiles…

    Good job to all the 6:00 a.m. ladies!!!

    Time = 7 rounds in just under 25 minutes. (didn’t record the exact time I finished) my running is really slow round 6 & 7 my lower back was cramping. Harder than I thought but a good workout.

    Total 25:36 – first time doing a WOD with a 24 inch jump – 🙂 happy about that!

    Great job today everyone! Running WODs are tough when they first come out but soon we will get our stride and they will start to feel better 🙂
