    35 – 45 – 55 – 65 – 70

    Started the WOD at 65#, but soon switched to 55# as could feel that my snatch form was not good – back arching.

    Results: 14 + 1DL
    (but could be 13 – or maybe 15… Was trying to focus on doing the lift right, so somehow forgot to count the last few reps…haha)

    Clean form, resume: feet to wide, feet to close… So next time feet should be perfect! lol I like this WOD next time will have to up the weight and do a few more rounds.

    Worked on snatch grip deadlift, power snatch for and OHS – got to 65lbs on my OHS which is a 10 lb PR for me πŸ™‚

    WOD with 65lbs

    Score : 10 plus one Deadlift… My best score on this WOD is rounds, but I only used 55 lbs so I’m super happy with my score today. I did not sleep well last night and so I’m feeling very tired today – I had a tendency to overthink certain simpler movements (deadlift) and did not jump into a wide enough stance in my power snatch.

    Yay for getting an opportunity to practice difficult techniques and working on a goat πŸ™‚
