# Toronto, here we come!

CrossFit Moncton will be sending a team to the Regional Competition in Toronto for the CrossFit Games. Members of the team include: Kevin, Ed, Dan, Joanna, Gillyon, and Corinna.

Last year, Jeff had a great idea for a** fundraiser**! We would like to continue it this year. We challenge members to sponsor a day between now and May 31st (when we leave for Toronto). For the day you sponsor and for every member that posts their results, you donate $1.

You can sponsor a day on your own, with someone else, or a small group. I’ve set up an** ****online calendar** so you can see what days have been taken already. Let me know what day you’d like to sponsor.

18 DU is huge for me I wasn’t expecting to get any. Manage to get 3 in a row (PR). Kevin told me to keep my hands closer to me, that might be part of the problem. Pause a few time w the sit-ups. pausing should be avoided next time it wasn’t necessary (due to lack of sleep). Overall I loved this WOD 🙂

After the WOD I tried some more DUs and got a PR of 47 🙂 I guess I was making a pretty funny looking face in the process lol!

I also did my first kipping pullups on the bar since my elbow injury (6 in total) and 4 kipping pullups on the rings… It’s harder on my elbow to do them on the bar, but I’m happy to say no pain ensued 😀 yay for recovery however slow it may be!
