    First time doing the Power Snatch… and felt like I did pretty good with them.
    About the first 20 were OK in the workout, but then I really slowed down… but not because of the weight, my hands felt like they were on fire. Yuck.

    I’ve been feeling very tired over the last two days and I literally felt like I dragged my butt to the gym tonight… Always fun to workout with everyone though! I don’t know that I would have actually been motivated at all to do this at home alone…

    35(5), 40(3), 45(2), 50(1), 55(1), 60(1), 65(1), 70(1), 75(2) and failed a few more trying to get my technique better – not getting under the bar enough…

    When I did this last time, my time was 8:36. My pace was so much better last time, plus I won’t kid myself, I was in much better shape. I couldn’t remember for the life of me how I broke it up and made the mistake of breaking it up in 7s. My breaks were too long at the beginning today… Then I had to quicken up the pace at the end when I was tired – not good! Next time I want to do 10s for the first 50 and then 5s for the last 25. Live and learn as they say πŸ˜€ My elbow was fine during the workout, but isn’t so happy right now… I’m going to do some exercises with the lacrosse ball to help it along.

    I did get a PR tonight – last time I did this WOD I told Kevin to F*** off at the 70th rep – this time there was no swearing πŸ˜€ hihihi!
