    Contest extended until 4pm today! I will make the draw at the 4:15 class this evening.

      I would like to do it before the weekend if someone is up for it, as I am moving this weekend!
      It will be another short one for me as I am unable to do pullups with no bands!

    Was really happy to have completed this whole workout…it wasn’t RX’d, but it was the longest one I’ve done because to date, I’ve always had to scale the long workouts. Another Crossfit milestone reached today. 🙂

    I am going to attempt WOD 11.6 on Sunday. The operative word being attempt! I tried the chest to bar pull ups unsuccesfully many times last night. I was so close, but I was unable to get my chest to make contact with the bar. My only other option maybe breast implants…lol!! Looking forward to tonight’s WOD!

        I miss the 6:00 a.m. class Amanda, but I decided to switch things up a bit. I plan on getting back to the 6:00 a.m. class this summer!

    Time : 30:28 (PR) 1: 19 secs

    I am quite pleased with my PR today because when I did this WOD in August, I used 155# deadlift and today I used 175#. In August, I also used the yellow and green bands for my pull ups, but today I did my pullups as Rx.

    Great job to the 4:15 p.m. class! Great energy!

    Time: 33:56 Last time I did this WOD my time was 37:32. I was not recovering from an injury and so I used the green and yellow band for my pullups. Even though I used the red resistance band for my pullups, I am very excited about my score on this workout because I did not hate the wallballs as much and I got a PR in my DUs because I did not sware once while I was doing them this time around 😀 My elbow did not at all enjoy the 400m run with the 25lb plate, but it felt fine the rest of the workout so I am also happy with that. I attribute feeling better during this workout to my nutrition and having a great cheering crowd to help me push through those last few minutes 🙂 I’ve said before and I’ll say it again – I LOVE YOU GUYS!! Thank you 4:15 crew!
