    That was exhausting!!! Thanks for the push John on my final box jumps…it really helped keep me going. I checked my time from last May after the WOD was completed, and it was 11:36, so I guess I’m consistent. I should have checked it prior too, I think I could have shaved a bit more time off if I had.

    WOD 13:40 20′ box and 45lbs didn’t not feel so bad but my elbow hurts again this evening… 🙁 It looks like I’m still going to in recovery for another little while…

    Nice to meet Lucie, Scott, Alex, Eric and to see you in a different setting Lora 🙂 and of course, wow did it ever feel good to see everyone else! So good to be back 🙂 I hope the Rogers interview went well – let us know where we can watch it!
